Shri Bhupendra Singh was born in the year 1966 in a farmer family. Shri Bhupendra Singh's early education took place in the primary school of the village. He passed the Inter examination in the year 1982 from RN Inter College, Moradabad. In 1989, he became the manager of Krishak Upkar Inter College. Then he joined the Vishwa Hindu Parishad.

Contested 1999 Sambhal Lok Sabha elections.
Became regional minister in 2006.
Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Panchayati Raj after the formation of the BJP government in 2017.
Named MLC for the first time in 2016.
Cabinet Minister Panchayati Raj in 2019.
On 13 June 2022, you again became MLC.
 
Records :- Shri Bhupendra Singh ji built a record toilet in the Swachh Bharat Mission, the ambitious plan of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. During the tenure of Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Panchayati Raj, Shri Bhupendra Singh has built 1.75 crore toilets in rural areas in the state in just one year. Apart from this, all 75 districts have been declared open defecation free.
